2. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for cancelled subscriptions, except in the following circumstances:

If we are unable to deliver our signals to you due to technical issues on our end, we will offer a full refund for the unused portion of your subscription fee.
If you cancel your subscription within 24 hours of the initial purchase, we will offer a full refund.
If you cancel your subscription due to a medical emergency or other extenuating circumstance, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.
